amazing drinks fine views
the top-floor bar had amazing drinks , and it gave me a complimentary cake too. the views of the bay were fine , the best views i have ever seen from any hotel anywhere.
the check-in process had no one present at the desk , which was very unusual.

the bay view room was elegantly appointed. the private balcony had front-row seats to a light show, that was great. the bed was superb. the bathroom was beautifully designed and very clean!
i love the hotel, but the service has declined. i arrived around 7pm and no one was at the check in desk. i waited probably 12-15 minutes total. it was not what i expected from a hotel like this.

rooftop pool buffet breakfast
the rooftop pool has amazing views of marina bay sands. breakfast at the buffet was good and easy, it was an easy walk to lau pa sat.
i found the lift system could be upgraded, it created long delays sometimes.

The lantern bar offered great drinks. Loges and Roy provided great service there. The location connected to the Merlion park via a tunnel. This provided convenient access.
I found a lack of soap within easy reach of the bath. I also noticed a lack of soft, fluffy towels. The lift system caused lengthy delays. It needs an upgrade.

underwhelming stay near the bay.
computer chair cleaning schedule
the service didn't meet my expectations. i booked a top-tier room boasting marina bay views. strangely, the balcony only had a small table with one foot stool. requesting two chairs with armrests was met with a computer chair on wheels, deemed unsafe. it seemed like i had to fight for basic amenities despite the room's price. the cleaning schedule was also erratic, sometimes missing the room until late afternoon. it was frustrating and seemed like a series of small inconveniences. the mini bar lacked ice or instructions on where to find it
